Seyana was founded to bring a more organized and accountable approach to building maintenance and contracting in Kuwait. Too often, clients are left coordinating multiple contractors, inconsistent workmanship, delayed responses, and unclear responsibility when problems arise. Our role is to simplify that.

Seyana coordinates all required trades under one roof, allowing clients to work with a single accountable team from start to finish. Our work includes preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance support, fit-out works, and full-scale rehabilitation projects across all sectors in Kuwait — banking, healthcare, corporate, retail, and government.

The company is built on decades of hands-on experience in Kuwait's contracting and engineering sector, and that experience continues to influence how we operate today — practical, responsive, and detail-oriented.
