1. About these Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors to the Site, including those who submit inquiries through our contact forms. They do not govern the contracts, scopes of work, or project agreements that we sign separately with our clients — those are governed by their own written agreements.

4. Inquiries and quotations

Information submitted through our contact forms (Request a Quote, Service Request, General Inquiry, or the homepage contact form) is treated as a request for further discussion. Submitting a form does not create a binding contract or obligate either party to enter into one.

Any quotations, proposals, or scopes of work we provide in response to an inquiry are valid only when issued in writing on our official letterhead and signed by an authorized representative. Pricing, timelines, and scope on the Site (including in case studies and project descriptions) are illustrative and do not constitute a binding offer.

A binding contractual relationship between you and Seyana arises only when both parties have signed a formal written agreement.

5. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, the Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any content.

Project descriptions, statistics, client lists, and case studies on the Site reflect work delivered as of the date indicated and may not represent our current capabilities, available services, or pricing.

Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as engineering, construction, safety, technical, or professional advice.
