1. Who we are

Seyana is a building maintenance and contracting company based in Kuwait City, operating under Summit Solutions General Trading & Contracting Co. References to "Seyana" in this policy mean Summit Solutions General Trading & Contracting Co. as the entity responsible for this Site and any personal data collected through it.

2. What information we collect

We only collect information that you choose to provide to us, plus a small amount of standard technical data needed to operate and improve the Site.

Information you provide directly. When you submit one of our contact forms (Request a Quote, Service Request, General Inquiry, or the homepage contact form), we collect the information you enter into that form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, organization name, role or title, email address, phone number, location, property or building name, and any details you choose to include in the message field.

Technical and analytics data. When you visit the Site, our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4) records standard information about your visit. This includes your approximate location (typically at city or country level), the device and browser you are using, the pages you view, the order in which you view them, and how long you spend on the Site. We do not use analytics information to directly identify individual visitors.

Cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar storage technologies, described in Section 6 below.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or payment details through the Site. The Site is intended for business and property-related inquiries and is not directed to children under the age of 18.

We share your information only in the limited circumstances described below.

Service providers we use to operate the Site. Specifically:

• Web3Forms — our contact forms are processed through Web3Forms, a form-submission service. When you submit a form, the data is transmitted to Web3Forms, which then delivers it to our company email inbox. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf. You can review their privacy practices at web3forms.com.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — analytics data described in Section 2 is processed by Google. Google may transfer this data internationally in accordance with its own privacy framework. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Google Maps — the Site embeds a Google Maps view of our office location. When a page containing the map loads, Google may collect standard technical data about your visit.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required to do so by Kuwaiti law, court order, or a valid request from a competent authority.

Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of Summit Solutions General Trading & Contracting Co., information held by us may be transferred to a successor entity, subject to the same protections described in this policy.

We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties beyond those listed above.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as they are needed to respond to your inquiry and complete any resulting project or relationship. In practice, contact-form submissions are reviewed by our team and deleted from active inboxes approximately 30 days after the inquiry is closed, subject to routine backup retention and legal obligations.

Project records, contracts, invoices, and related correspondence are retained for the period required by Kuwaiti commercial and tax law, which is generally a minimum of five years.

Analytics data is retained for the standard period set by Google Analytics 4 (typically 14 months) and then automatically deleted.

8. How we protect your information

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. The Site is served over HTTPS, contact-form submissions are transmitted using encrypted connections, and access to our inbox is restricted to authorized personnel.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. While we take security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your information, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain it
• Object to our processing of your information
• Withdraw consent for analytics tracking at any time (see Section 6)
• Lodge a complaint with the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) in Kuwait if you believe your rights have not been respected

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable Kuwaiti law.

10. International data transfers

Some of the service providers listed in Section 5 (Google in particular) are based outside Kuwait and may process your information internationally. Where this happens, we rely on the privacy frameworks and contractual safeguards offered by those providers.
